Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Commercial Title Examiner.
• Extensive experience examining titles across California.
• Ability to produce a fully examined title report with curative requirements.

Responsibilities

• Search public records and examine titles to determine legal condition of commercial properties.
• Copy or summarize recorded documents affecting title to the property.
• Work independently to establish chain of title for complex commercial files.
• Produce fully examined title reports addressing probate, trusts, and foreclosures.
