Job summary

Insurance Office of America is hiring a Senior Account Associate - Commercial Lines to provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, under supervision of a manager or producer. Responsibilities include policy tracking, renewals, endorsements, and preparation of submissions for coverage consideration.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in insurance customer service, active licensing (CISR preferred), strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with MS

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in insurance.
• Active insurance license; CISR designation preferred.
• Strong communication, multitasking and analytical thinking.
• Proficient in MS Office and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day activities and workflow of support/receptionist roles.
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals on time.
• Process endorsements, cancellations, invoices, and related documents.
• Support new and renewal business with submissions and proposals.
• Review contracts for proper coverages and terms.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect outstanding balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and ensure data accuracy.
• Communicate workload status and issues with the team.
• Deliver proactive service and seek process improvements.
