Job summary

WCG Clinical, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager of Commercial Enablement to drive enablement strategy, training, and field readiness across the sales organization.

You will partner with Product Marketing, Operations, and Commercial Leadership to align messaging, processes, and capabilities with market opportunities, ensuring consistent buyer experiences. You will design programs, onboard new hires, create playbooks, and leverage tools like Dock and Gong to accelerate ramp time and improve win rates,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communication, life sciences, or related field.
• Graduate degree preferred in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Commercial Excellence, Product Marketing, or related roles.
• Excellent communication, change management, analytical, facilitation, and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the enablement roadmap and GTM plans to drive consistent execution.
• Partner with commercial and GTM leaders to identify gaps and prioritize initiatives.
• Ensure enablement programs reflect positioning, processes, roles, and priorities.
• Design and deliver role-relevant programs, workshops, and assessments to accelerate GTM readiness.
• Ensure onboarding curriculums are up to date with latest offerings and narratives.
• Develop learning resources, sales playbooks, and process guidelines to support consistent execution.
• Leverage enablement and AI tools to enhance content, workflows, and scalable tools.
• Act as expert user of Dock and Gong to improve information access and workflows.
• Provide leadership with coaching guidance, frameworks, and performance insights.
