Fetch is seeking a Senior Commercial Counsel to take direct ownership of its commercial deal flow. You will lead negotiations on revenue-generating agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, and vendor contracts, with autonomy and strategic influence.

You will report to the Deputy General Counsel and help integrate AI workflows into daily legal practices to accelerate business velocity for a fast-growing tech company in the United States, with options for remote or office-based work.

Competenze

• J.D. degree and active bar membership required.
• 7+ years of commercial contracts experience.
• Experience in-house at a technology company preferred.
• Familiarity with Ironclad and contract lifecycle tools is a plus.

Mansioni

• Take direct ownership of Fetch's commercial deal flow.
• Negotiate and execute revenue-generating agreements (MSAs, SOWs, vendor contracts).
