Jobgether is seeking a Senior Counsel, Commercial based in the United States to serve as a trusted legal partner to revenue, product, marketing, and operations teams. You will own broad commercial matters, from drafting and negotiating complex agreements to advising on strategic business decisions, with a focus on digital media, technology, advertising, sponsorships, and emerging revenue streams.

This role emphasizes practical guidance, risk management, and AI-enabled workflow improvements.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of relevant legal experience, including substantial in-house commercial experience.
• Experience advising on product, sales, marketing, advertising, sponsorships, and commercial transactions, with digital media preferred.
• Excellent drafting, review, and negotiation skills for sophisticated agreements.
• Ability to assess risk beyond contract terms with pragmatic judgment.
• Ability to advise senior leaders and collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements.
• Manage commercial legal intake, workflows, and playbooks.
• Develop self-service resources, automation, and AI tools for contracts.
• Provide practical, commercially focused legal advice to support objectives.
• Advise product, sales, marketing, and revenue on new initiatives.
