Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is a mission‑driven provider serving the evolving mobility sector. We’re hiring a Senior Commercial Actuarial Reserving Manager to lead training, supervise analysts, and drive reserving projects.

This remote role requires ACAS/FCAS, 6+ years of reserving experience, and strong leadership. You will manage client relationships, communicate reserve results to leaders, and guide process improvements.

Qualifications

• BS or graduate degree with relevant actuarial experience in personal or commercial lines.
• ACAS/FCAS credentials and strong leadership abilities.
• 6+ years of post-bachelor actuarial analysis experience.
• 3+ years of reserving experience and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Leads monthly booking and quarterly reserve reviews.
• Communicates reserve results to senior leaders.
• Drives process improvements across the team.
• Manages and trains Actuarial Analysts and Analysts.
• Cultivates relationships with internal and external clients.
• Oversees timely completion of projects and schedules.
