Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners seeks a Senior Coding Compliance Auditor to lead audits, develop action plans, and maintain a robust audit program. The role requires independent work, mentoring auditors, and cross-functional collaboration with service line leaders to mitigate risk.

Candidates should hold CHC or CPC/CCS/RHIA/RHIT, a bachelor's in Health Information Management or related field, and 5-7+ years of healthcare coding and auditing experience with ICD-10, DRG, CPT, HCPCS.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in healthcare, acute coding, compliance, audits, or related field.
• ICD-10, DRG, CPT & HCPCS coding knowledge for Acute Outpatient and Inpatient.
• Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management or related field; professional certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed coding audits and monitoring activities on the acute side.
• Analyze audit findings and develop actionable recommendations with MAPs.
• Create and maintain an Audit the Auditor program and training materials.
• Provide updates to Compliance leadership and maintain audit records and dashboards.
