Piper Companies is seeking a Senior Clinical Project Manager, CNS to join a leading global CRO supporting neuroscience and CNS trials in a fully remote, permanent role. The PM will provide end-to-end oversight of studies across multiple sites and regions, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include cross-functional leadership, site management, patient recruitment initiatives, vendor oversight, and inspection readiness with ICH-GCP standards

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in clinical research with at least 2 years in project management within CRO/biotech/pharma.
• Experience managing CNS/neuroscience trials (Alzheimer's, Parkinson's etc.).
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, global regulations, budgeting, forecasting, and vendor oversight.

• Lead operational execution of CNS trials, managing timelines, budgets, study deliverables, and vendor performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure study conduct and milestones.
• Manage site activation, patient recruitment, training, and retention strategies.
• Monitor progress, risks, quality metrics, and financial performance; implement mitigations.
• Ensure inspection readiness with eTMF, Investigational Product, safety, and audit readiness.
