Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking a Clinical Project Manager, CNS to lead CNS-focused clinical programs across Phase I-IV trials in multiple sites. You will oversee study timelines, budgets, vendor relationships, and cross-functional teams to drive successful CNS development programs.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in clinical research or project management within pharma/CRO sectors, with strong GCP/ICH knowledge and experience managing CROs and trial operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of clinical research or clinical project management experience.
• Extensive CNS clinical trials experience in neurology, psychiatry, or related areas.
• Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, FDA regulations, and trial processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and oversight of Phase I-IV CNS trials across multiple sites.
• Manage study timelines, budgets, resources, and CRO/vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with clinical operations, regulatory affairs, data management, biostatistics and medical affairs.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
