Piper Companies is seeking a Senior Clinical Project Manager to support global clinical research programs within Internal Medicine therapeutic areas. This individual will lead cross-functional clinical teams, oversee study execution, and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes.

The role is a full-time remote opportunity supporting pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients across global clinical development programs.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Extensive experience managing global clinical trials in pharma/biotech/CRO industries.
• Proven track record leading complex clinical research projects from initiation through closeout.
• Strong knowledge of clinical operations, development processes, and PM methodologies.
• Experience managing timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables.
• Demonstrated leadership mentoring cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with sponsors and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple clinical projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in cardiovascular clinical research is highly preferred.

• Lead cross-functional project teams and oversee day-to-day clinical activities.
• Collaborate with sponsors, clients, and internal stakeholders to define scope and objectives.

• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project team members.
• Develop project documentation, reports, and study updates for clients and stakeholders.
• Implement PM methodologies and best practices across clinical programs.
• Support strategic planning and contribute to organizational growth through effective leadership.
