Job summary

Humana seeks a senior executive to define and operationalize the enterprise data strategy and governance. You will lead data policy, quality, lifecycle, and protection while partnering with Cybersecurity, Enterprise Architecture, and business leaders to drive trust and AI readiness.

You will build a data product mindset, attract and develop top talent, and guide governance adoption across the enterprise to enable data-driven business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data governance or data strategy leadership.
• Proven track record building enterprise data governance programs.
• Experience partnering with C-suite on data strategy and policy design.
