Job summary

WuXi Biologics is seeking a Senior CMC Proposal Specialist in the United States, with an MS or PhD and bilingual English/Chinese. You will author CMC proposals for clients and collaborate with US BD, CMC teams, and teams in China to define project scope and craft technical solutions.

You will coordinate quotation and proposal development, improve templates, and apply market insights to proposals to ensure timely submissions and high-quality deliverables in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Master/Ph.D. in Biotechnology/Chemical Engineering/Biology/Chemistry or related field.
• Solid understanding of CMC process.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (writing, reading, speaking).
• Strong scientific writing and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary author of CMC proposals for WuXi Biologics clients.
• Collaborate with BD, US-based CMC teams, and China teams to define scope and develop technical solutions.
• Coordinate quotation and proposal development across stakeholders for timely reviews and submissions.
• Maintain and enhance proposal templates based on stakeholder feedback and evolving needs.
• Improve proposal content through market insights and emerging technology trends.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and drive process optimization.
• Analyze proposal, pricing, and business data to identify trends and insights.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
