Qualifications
- 15+ years of hardware product development experience in enterprise server/storage/networking
- Deep understanding of GPGPU, PCIe-based accelerators, and server architectures
- Experience with Linux OS, drivers, firmware, and system interactions
Responsibilities
- Lead product introductions and manufacturing performance for AI/ML hardware platforms.
- Supervise cross-functional teams across hardware, software, firmware, and test to drive complex solutions.
- Communicate complex issues in actionable terms to stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaborate with customers, suppliers, engineering, program management, and manufacturing to meet performance standards.
- Guide root-cause investigations and implement improvements in FPY and yield.
- Provide technical leadership to multiple manufacturing sites and share best practices across the organization.
