Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in Pre-Sales or Post-Sales roles (Sales Eng, Tech Support, TAM, or Professional Services).
• Background in CDNs, Cloud, or internet infrastructure products.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers.
• Empathy and customer-centric mindset.
• History of organizational and project management skills.

Aufgaben

• Be the primary technical contact and trusted advisor for Fastly customers.
• Develop technical relationships with multiple customer contacts and articulate complex concepts clearly.
• Assist post-sales implementations of Fastly products and document configurations for troubleshooting.
• Identify challenges and coordinate internal escalation and customer-focused solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to deals within your vertical.
