• Read numbers and hold price when challenged.

Responsibilities

• Every seller conversation from first contact through a signed contract.
• Maintain a live pipeline of 30–50 active opportunities.
• Pricing conversations and negotiation with owners.
• Two quotas: conventional residential acquisitions and redevelopment site acquisitions.
• Follow-up discipline on longer-cycle opportunities (60–120 days).
• Maintain clean CRM and honest weekly numbers.
