Iambic Therapeutics seeks a Senior Clinical Trial Manager to lead early-phase oncology trials from start-up through close-out, ensuring compliant, timely execution within a growth-stage biotech environment. You will manage vendor oversight, risk, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with Clinical Development, Regulatory, and Biometrics, reporting to the Director of Clinical Operations.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of progressive clinical trial management experience in biotech/pharma/CRO environments.
• Experience leading oncology/early-phase trials (Phase I/II) required.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and global regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing multi-site global trials with CRO partners.
• Proficiency with CTMS, eTMF, IRT, EDC, and safety databases.

Responsabilidades

• Provide end-to-end operational leadership for oncology trials from start-up to close-out.
• Lead cross-functional study teams and align Clinical Development, Regulatory, Biometrics, and CROs.
• Develop enrollment, site management, and monitoring strategies.
• Oversee CRO/vendor performance and KPI management.
• Mentor junior ops staff and support training.
• Travel up to 10% as needed.
