The role covers IND-enabling activities through first-in-human and early efficacy studies, with tight collaboration across discovery, regulatory, translational, and AI/ML teams.

Formación

• MD/DO degree required; board eligibility/certification in hematology/oncology or medical oncology preferred.
• Demonstrated drug development experience in biotech or pharma with progressive levels.
• Experience authoring IND submissions and running early-phase oncology trials.

Responsabilidades

• Lead clinical development strategy from IND through Phase 1 and early efficacy.
• Author and drive IND components including protocols and investigator brochures.
• Design first-in-human and early-phase oncology trials with dose-escalation strategies.
• Provide medical monitoring and safety oversight for active trials.
• Collaborate with AI/ML platform teams on patient selection and endpoints.
• Engage key opinion leaders and study sites; represent programs externally.
• Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs, CMC, Clinical Operations, Biostatistics, and Program Management.
