Job summary

Merck in the United States seeks a Clinical Trial Coordinator to oversee trial and site administration, prepare and archive clinical documents, and support CTMS updates and supply management. You will collaborate with COM, CRM and CRA, and assist with CTRAs and payments.

As SME, you will train colleagues, drive process improvements, and contribute to budgets, contracts, and study start-up tasks. Strong MS Office, Excel, and GCP knowledge are essential in a matrix, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Clinical Research or relevant healthcare experience.
• Completed job training (office management, administration, finance, health care preferred) or Bachelor’s Degree.

Responsibilities

• Track essential documents and report safety reports.
• Update CTMS databases and trackers.
• Prepare documents and correspondence; collate, distribute and archive clinical documents.
• Support budgeting, contracts (CTRAs) and payments processes.
