Job summary

Pulmovant is seeking a Senior Manager, Clinical Supply to lead global clinical supply chain activities for our Phase 3 program in PH-ILD. You will oversee clinical packaging, labeling, and distribution, manage inventory, and coordinate with CROs, sites, and vendors to ensure on-time delivery and compliant operations.

The role requires expertise in cGMP, GCP, and IVRS/IWRS systems, with strong communication and program-management skills to support a remote team across regions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in the pharmaceutical industry with at least 2 years in Global Clinical Supply Management.
• Prior investigational drug product experience and prior GCP training is required.

Responsibilities

• Support all clinical supply activities for ongoing and new trials to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with Clinical Operations, CROs and sites to support enrollment and dosing.
• Assist coordination with CMOs for packaging, labeling, and international shipping to ensure on-time delivery.
• Partner with CMC, Clinical Operations, QA and Regulatory to develop kits and labels for multiple countries/regions.
• Lead IXRS development efforts and system maintenance as applicable.
• Develop risk mitigation plans to proactively identify issues affecting drug supply.
• Coordinate vendor selection for clinical study support including packaging and labeling facilities.
