Job summary

United-Biosource-Corporation in the United States is seeking a Sr Project Coordinator in Clinical Research to support cross-functional projects. This remote role is based in the US with an initial 6-month fixed-term contract, offering exposure to regulatory reporting, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will coordinate deliverables, track timelines, and liaise with sponsors and internal teams while maintaining quality and timely communications.

Qualifications

• Minimum Associates Degree; Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 1-2 years' experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry (including CRO) ideal.
• A team player with the flexibility to work across multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of project management techniques and tools (MS Office, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Manage project per the Scope of Work (SOW) and within the contracted budget
• Ensure project is conducted according to UBC and Sponsor SOPs
• Serve as one point of contact with Sponsor(s) and internal project team
• Prepare or coordinate with internal multidisciplinary team to develop deliverables
• Participate in internal project and client meetings
• Present information at client meetings and internal reviews
• Track and communicate delivery and revenue recognition
• Contribute to protocols, amendments, project plans, and timelines
• Monitor study deliverables
• Participating in study planning and vendor management
• Supporting vendor relationships
• Using reports to identify progress of data collection and reporting
• Other duties as assigned
