United Biosource Corporation is seeking a Sr. Project Coordinator - Clinical Research for a remote, US-based position. The role supports diverse projects, prepares reports, and tracks milestones to meet regulatory and budget requirements.

Responsibilities include coordinating with sponsors and internal teams, developing deliverables, and participating in client and internal review meetings. Requires 1–2 years in pharma/biotech and solid communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum Associates Degree; Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry 1-2 years ideal.
• Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
• Knowledge of project management techniques and tools (Office, SharePoint, Project).

Responsibilities

• Support projects per scope of work and budget.
• Coordinate with Sponsor and internal project teams.
• Prepare deliverables and participate in meetings.
• Track progress, revenue recognition, and invoicing.
• Assist in study planning and vendor coordination.
