United-Biosource-Corporation is seeking a Clinical Project Research Manager (Central Site) for a US remote, 6-month fixed-term contract. You will lead site-level project teams, manage start-up through close-out, and coordinate budgets, timelines, and deliverables with strong regulatory oversight.

You will supervise teams, manage sponsor communications, and ensure audit-ready documentation. Travel up to 10% may be required as projects advance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience managing clinical projects at a research or academic site.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven supervisory and team leadership capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Ability to independently assess issues, mitigate risks, and make sound decisions using critical judgment.
• Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements including GCP and ICH guidelines.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% as required by the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead UBC project teams to deliver project milestones at site level.
• Oversee all aspects of project conduct from start-up through close-out for a site perspective.
• Execute operational aspects of assigned project activities and special projects.
• Manage projects per scope of work and within contracted budget.
• Develop plans to achieve milestones and monitor progress against plans.
• Prepare project timelines and deliverables; coordinate development of reports.
• Ensure project budget is tracked against milestones and audit-ready documentation.
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings for the central site and serve as primary sponsor contact.
• Assist with training and participate in sponsor/regulatory audits as required.
