Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking a Senior Clinical Project Manager to lead global clinical trials across Cardiovascular, Hepatology/Liver Disease, Obesity, MASH, NASH, CNS or Dermatology. You will oversee cross-functional teams and ensure study objectives and timelines are met from a US base.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Life Sciences or related field, extensive global trial management experience, and strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Life Sciences, PM, or related field.
• Extensive global clinical project management experience in pharma/biotech/CR.
• Experience in Cardiovascular, Hepatology, or Obesity; Dermatology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of global clinical trials across multiple therapeutic areas.
• Oversee cross-functional global teams and stakeholder collaboration to define scope and timelines.
• Manage documentation, risk and issue resolution, ensuring milestones are met.
• Mentor team members and drive operational excellence in clinical project management.
