Job summary

CPC is seeking an experienced Sr. Clinical Operations Manager to lead complex, industry-sponsored trials. Remote candidates can apply, with strong emphasis on site identification, budgeting, and regulatory compliance. You'll mentor others, manage vendor contracts, and drive quality across CPTs and central documentation.

Target compensation up to $118,806 annually with a comprehensive benefits package and flexible/remote work schedules. Requires 5+ years in clinical research and 20–25% travel.

Qualifications

• A Nursing or BA/BS in a scientific field (or equivalent knowledge/experience).
• 5 years of experience in a clinical research setting required.
• 3 years of sponsor or CRO clinical research project/operations management experience.
• Deep knowledge of GCP and FDA/ICH regulations for clinical trials.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; travel 20-25%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site identification, evaluation, initiation, contracting/budget negotiation, and site monitoring processes.
• Prepare study enrollment reports and review site issues with the project team.
• Manage and approve site payments and vendor contracts.
• Provide expert advice in the design and review of essential project documents.
