Job summary

Premier Research is seeking a Senior Trial Manager to oversee planning, execution, and completion of clinical trials for an FSP team.You will coordinate trial operations, manage documentation, and drive site activation across vendors and sites in a global setting.

The role requires 10 years of clinical research experience, including 7 years in global study oversight, and strong English communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent in clinical, biological, scientific, or health-related field; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 10 years of clinical research experience, including 7 years of global study oversight experience.
• Experience managing open label extension studies in Rare Disease.
• Proven ability to drive a positive customer experience with quality and timely deliverables.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides oversight and trial management of planning, execution, and completion of clinical trials per ICH/GCP.
• Coordinates trial operations team to support milestones and project delivery.
• Oversees development and review of study documents (CRFs, Source Documents, templates, study plans).
• Develops study CMP and ensures communication and escalation are included.
• Selects and evaluates investigative sites and vendors; drives site activation within time, quality, and budget.
• Leads and monitors the clinical monitoring team to ensure timely, quality deliverables.
