CTI Clinical Trial and Consulting Services in the United States is seeking an Associate Director of Clinical Project Management to lead multiple Phase I-IV trials, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while mentoring CPMs and CPCs. This remote role requires strong leadership and global trial expertise.

You bring 10+ years of clinical research experience, a bachelor’s in allied health fields, and deep knowledge of global trial processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in allied health fields with trial management experience or equivalent.
• 10+ years in clinical research and/or clinical project management.
• Experience in management of clinical trials across global settings.
• Strong understanding of at least one therapeutic area CTI handles.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee execution of multiple clinical trials from planning to analysis.
• Ensure compliance with ICH guidelines, GCP, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate CPMs/CPCs across functional areas and client communications.
• Interact with executive management and sponsors to discuss progress and issues.
• Oversee study plans, timelines, budgets and resource allocation.
• Mentor CPMs and CPC staff; contribute to process improvements.
