Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing, biology or related field.
• 7 years of clinical coding experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the medical coding subject matter expert, driving quality and efficiency.
• Plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee clinical medical coding activities.
• Lead coding and dictionary-related initiatives for clinical development and regulatory activities.
• Manage medical coding dictionaries and synonym lists, including updates.
• Review coded clinical data for consistency and compliance with guidelines.
