Impiricus is seeking a dynamic Client Account Manager to lead Curated’s client services, owning the end-to-end relationship from intake to delivery. You will be the primary liaison between clients and Curated operations, guiding engagements across legal, AI, medtech, and health systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or related role.
• Experience within healthcare technology, medtech, or complex B2B environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Curated clients across industries, building trusted, long-term relationships.
• Coordinate with internal Curated operations teams to scope, launch, and deliver high-quality experiences.
• Guide clients through the full lifecycle of physician engagement programs, from intake to follow-up.
• Proactively communicate project updates, timelines, risks, and next steps with a high-touch approach.
• Maintain accurate CRM and project documentation for all engagements.
