Job summary

Impiricus is seeking a client services leader to own relationships with Curated clients across multiple industries, guiding programs from intake to delivery. You will coordinate physician recruitment, scheduling, and execution with internal teams, while helping to build scalable playbooks and processes as the business grows.

This role demands strong stakeholder management, process development, and a proactive approach to scaling client services across diverse engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience in client services or relationship management within professional services.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and multi-project delivery.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship owner for Curated clients across legal, AI, medtech, CRO, and other industries.
• Coordinate physician recruitment, scheduling, and delivery with internal operations and Impiricus client services teams.
• Help build the client services function from the ground up with playbooks, templates, and scalable processes.
