Job summary

Impiricus is seeking a dynamic Client Account Manager to be the first dedicated client services hire for DocUpdate, supporting Curated, our physician engagement and matchmaking platform. You will be the primary relationship owner for your accounts, guiding intake, scoping, physician sourcing, scheduling, delivery, and follow-up across healthcare, AI labs, medtech, CROs, and life sciences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Account Management or related client-facing roles.
• Experience within healthcare technology, medtech, SaaS, marketplaces, or another complex B2B environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end client relationship for Curated accounts across multiple industries.
• Collaborate with internal client services teams to scope, launch, and deliver high-quality programs.
• Guide clients through intake, scoping, physician sourcing, scheduling, delivery, and follow-up.
• Proactively communicate updates, timelines, risks, and next steps with a high-touch approach.
• Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and expand partnerships over time.
