Advance Local Media seeks a Senior Client Success Manager to own a portfolio of accounts, translating PMS, Meta, and GA4 signals into ROI-driven client narratives. You will lead onboarding, reviews, and growth discussions, acting as the revenue strategist and technical point of contact.

The role emphasizes analytics, cross-channel reporting, and proactive budget optimization for vacation rental and hospitality clients, with remote U.S. hours aligned to CST/EST.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years in client success, account management, or marketing analytics.
• Strong command of attribution models and cross-channel campaign reporting, with working fluency in GA4.
• Technical aptitude to diagnose tracking (GTM, CAPI), ad feed, and PMS integration issues and write clear escalations to engineering.
• Experience with Google Ads/PPC and familiarity with SEM and multi-channel tracking.
• Proven ability to grow client budgets by earning trust with verified data, including when a month is soft.
• Executive presence with excellent communication skills for business owner, GM, and ops leadership conversations.

Mansioni

• Lead onboarding, monthly calls, and quarterly business reviews with clients.
• Reconcile BookingsCloud attribution with PMS, Meta, and GA4 data and translate into ROI-focused recommendations.
• Create client-facing report packs (engagement, booking windows, velocity vs prior year, revenue, ROAS).
• Identify opportunities to earn budget increases through verified results and align spend with seasonality.
• Own revenue strategy for each account by building annual demand plans from PMS history.
• Lead retention and escalation conversations in partnership with billing and leadership.
• Refine 90-day client success playbooks and document best practices.
• Collaborate with product and data teams to improve dashboards, attribution models, and reporting.
