Job summary

Bread Financial seeks a Senior Associate - Client Marketing to support development and implementation of client-facing marketing and loyalty strategies across portfolios. You will coordinate campaigns with Brand Partners, track performance, and ensure timely delivery in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-3 years of relevant industry experience working in marketing strategy and/or marketing execution
• 3-5 years of relevant industry experience working in marketing strategy and/or marketing execution

Responsibilities

• Leads campaign coordination, partners with internal cross-disciplinary teams and Brand Partners to execute and test marketing initiatives.
• Effectively track and present marketing campaign performance to internal teams and brand partners.
• Manages strategic partnerships to influence marketing strategy and execution.
• Monitors program timelines and identifies process improvements to create business value.
• Develops internal/client-facing materials such as marketing calendars and campaign trackers.
