Job summary

Job Summary

The Senior Associate - Client Marketing is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of client-facing marketing and loyalty strategies for assigned portfolios. The incumbent in this role works closely with their leader on day-to-day marketing execution involving multiple stakeholders. Core responsibilities include coordinating the execution of marketing strategies, as well as working closely with internal and external partners.

Essential Job Functions

• Leads campaign coordination, partners with internal cross-disciplinary teams and Brand Partners to execute and test marketing initiatives, Reviews creative concepts and audits against best practices, branding, and positioning. Ensures compliance standards, enhances strategies through creative problem solving, and has authority to influence campaign timelines and details. - (35%)
• Effectively track and present marketing campaign performance both internally and to our brand partners. Creates brand facing documents such as strategy briefs and result overviews. - (25%)
• Manages strategic partnerships internally and externally to influence marketing strategy and execution. Leverages active listening and interpersonal savvy to effectively navigate conversations internally and externally. - (20%)
• Monitors program timelines and tasks to ensure marketing campaigns are successfully implemented. Identifies and works to continually implement new processes or process improvements to create business value. Keeps leader adequately informed of changes impacted strategy. - (10%)
• Responsible for the development, documentation and implementation if internal/client-facing materials such as marketing calendars, campaign performance trackers, as well as additional tasks. - (10%)

Minimum Qualifications Senior Associate A

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-3 years of relevant industry experience working in marketing strategy and/or marketing execution

Minimum Qualifications Senior Associate B

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3-5 years of relevant industry experience working in marketing strategy and/or marketing execution

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Management or related field of study

Work Environment

• Normal office environment. (Remote or Hybrid), 3 to 4 days per month are expected in office if within 60 miles of a posted Bread Financial location.

Salary Range (unless otherwise noted below):

$63,200.00 - $101,100.00

Full Salary Range for position:

California: $72,700.00 - $126,400.00 Colorado: $63,200.00 - $111,200.00 New York: $69,500.00 - $126,400.00 Washington: $69,500.00 - $116,300.00 Maryland: $69,500.00 - $111,200.00 Washington DC: $72,700.00 - $116,300.00 Illinois: $63,200.00 - $111,200.00 New Jersey: $72,700.00 - $116,300.00 Vermont: $63,200.00 - $101,100.00 Ohio: $63,200.00 - $101,100.00 Maine: $63,200.00 - $101,100.00 Connecticut: $69,500.00 - $111,200.00 Virginia: $63,200.00 - $101,100.00

You must be work authorized in the United States on a full time basis without the need for any sponsorship now or in the future from any employer or organization. The Company cannot offer employment to F-1 (student) visa holders.

Bread Financial offers medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, and other voluntary benefits (including basic and optional life insurance, supplemental medical plans, and short and long-term disability) to eligible associates (regular full-time associates scheduled to work 30 hours per week or more) and their spouses/domestic partners, and child(ren) under the age of 26. New associate elected coverage begins on date of hire (with the exception of disability coverage which has a 6-month waiting period). Six weeks of 100% paid parental leave for eligible parents is available after a 180-day waiting period. Hired associates can immediately enroll in Bread Financial's 401(k) plan.

All associates receive 11 paid holidays. Associates have discretion in managing their time away from work through the Flexible Time Off (FTO) program and may need to notify and receive approval from their manager prior to taking the time off. Associates (except those located in Illinois) receive 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time ("PSST") upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year. Illinois associates receive 40 hours of Illinois PSST upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year and 40 hours of Illinois Paid Leave upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year. Illinois Paid Leave must be used before associates in Illinois will be approved to take FTO.

Hired associates will be able to elect the purchase company stock during offering periods in June and December. You will be eligible for an annual incentive bonus based on individual and company performance.
