Job summary

Bread Financial is seeking a Senior Associate - Client Marketing to support development and implementation of client-facing marketing and loyalty strategies for assigned portfolios. The role works closely with leaders on day-to-day execution across multiple stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include tracking campaigns, managing partnerships, and ensuring timely delivery of marketing materials. Hybrid work environment, with in-office days 3–4 per month within 60 miles of a Bread Financial

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant industry experience in marketing strategy and/or marketing execution (Senior Associate A)
• 3-5 years of relevant industry experience in marketing strategy and/or marketing execution (Senior Associate B)
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred in marketing, finance, or related field

Responsibilities

• Effectively track and present marketing campaign performance internally and to brand partners.
• Manage strategic partnerships to influence marketing strategy and execution.
• Monitor program timelines and tasks to ensure campaigns are implemented and improve processes to create business value.
• Develop and implement internal/client-facing materials such as marketing calendars and performance trackers.
• Support placement of the Senior Associate Financial Applications Analyst position based on education, experience, and skills.
