Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Services Delivery Leader in the data space to support Slalom on an engagement with their P&C insurance client. This individual will provide leadership and delivery oversight across a complex enterprise data ecosystem supporting a 24/7/365 production environment.

This is a senior, highly client-facing consulting role requiring a blend of enterprise data knowledge, managed services leadership, and strong client relationship management.

Qualifications

• Experience leading delivery or managed services within an enterprise data environment.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end enterprise data ecosystems.
• Experience supporting complex, business-critical production data environments.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate technical and engineering teams while managing multiple competing priorities.
• Strong consulting and client-facing delivery experience.
• Ability to confidently communicate with senior client stakeholders across IT and business.
• Experience managing production incidents, escalations, and resolution efforts.
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation supporting a 24/7/365 environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery and operational oversight across a complex 24/7/365 enterprise data environment.
• Manage competing priorities and ensure teams have what they need to deliver.
• Coordinate work, priorities, risks, and dependencies across data and engineering teams.
• Serve as a senior escalation point for production incidents and critical data issues.
• Own client-facing conversations related to delivery, production health, incidents, risks, priorities, progress, and resolution plans.
• Partner with engineering teams to understand technical issues and communicate their impact to business and IT stakeholders.
• Drive accountability and follow-through during incident management and issue resolution.
• Identify opportunities to improve managed services delivery and operational processes.
• Participate in an after-hours and weekend escalation/on-call rotation supporting the 24/7 environment.
