Solventum is hiring a Senior Data Engineer to empower Commercial Operations Analytics from a remote location in the United States. You will build scalable data models, ETL pipelines, and trusted data products for order-to-cash reporting, dashboards, and AI-enabled decision support.

Collaborating with diverse teams, you will own end-to-end delivery, maintain data lineage, and apply governance to ensure accuracy and security across the analytics stack.

Qualifikationen

• 8 years of professional data engineering experience in relevant environments.
• 5 years of hands-on SQL, data models, and production ETL/ELT in cloud DW.
• 3 years designing dimensional models and semantic layers for enterprise analytics.
• 3 years with version-controlled development, automated testing, and controlled deployments.
• 3 years translating complex business requirements into reliable technical solutions.

Aufgaben

• Design scalable analytical data models, semantic layers, and reporting structures for productivity metrics.
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT workflows and data transformations using Snowflake and cloud services.
• Create automated data-quality and regression-testing frameworks encoding business rules.
• Own delivery from requirements to production deployment with data lineage documentation.
• Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate SQL analysis while enforcing governance and security.
