The position is remote for US-based candidates with no visa sponsorship available, offering a compensation range of $110,000–$130,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in client, customer, corporate, or marketing communications.
• Experience advising executives and senior leaders.
• Experience in insurance or client-service-intensive industries preferred.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the client communications strategy, ensuring consistency and clarity across all messaging.
• Translate complex information into relatable client-facing content.
• Own the content calendar and develop client newsletters based on feedback.
• Identify communication needs and priorities in partnership with business leaders.
• Plan and execute virtual client events, webinars, and related communications.
• Source and publish timely content through the client services newsroom.
• Analyze client feedback and engagement data to identify trends and recommendations.
