The ideal candidate has a 4-year degree and 5 years of accounting or collections experience, proficiency with ARCS/Elite, and strong communication skills to interact with partners and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 5 years relevant accounting or collections experience required in a professional services environment.
• Proficiency with ARCS/Elite and Microsoft Office; strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Regularly review the firm’s accounts receivable to identify overdue accounts.
• Contact clients with overdue balances via phone, email, or written correspondence.
• Negotiate payment plans or settlements to facilitate debt recovery.
• Prepare monthly delinquent AR and WIP reports for partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve invoicing and collections processes.
