Job summary

Mobilitas is seeking a Supervisor for Commercial Casualty Claims to oversee 1st and 3rd party auto and commercial injury claims. The role supervises multi‑state claims virtually, handles complex files, and may coordinate a First Notice of Loss queue as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of casualty or bodily injury supervisory experience within a claims environment.
• Technical experience in handling claims relevant to adjuster role(s) supervised.
• HS/GED or 3-year virtual customer service experience via internet/phone/chat.
• Experience with Commercial Auto, Rideshare, and/or TNC claims.
• Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent experience.
• AIC, CPCU and/or ICAR designations.
• Remote role servicing the United States.

Responsibilities

• Oversees investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and conclusion of claims.
• Directs, supervises, and evaluates workflow of claims.
• Decides on coverage and liability questions of varying complexity.
• Manages phone queues and departmental meetings.
• Ensures high service levels through monitoring file quality and feedback.
• Ensures policy procedures and regulations are followed; manages daily operations.
• Acts as liaison for commercial customers and brokers; builds relationships.
• Produces QA reports and supports cost management across the unit.
• Collaborates with other departments and supports process improvements.
