Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance claims management with auto liability, property, and contents.
• Active state adjuster license or professional certifications such as AIC, CPCU, HAAG, or ACTAR.
• Experience with comparative fault determination and complex liability assessments.
• Ability to interpret photographic, video, and aerial imagery in claims context.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record of thorough claim documentation and valuation reports.
• Comfort working remotely in a tech-enabled environment and submitting reports.

Responsibilities

• Review disputed-fault auto claims using video, statements, and docs.
• Assess property and catastrophe damages using aerial imagery to determine liability.
• Evaluate contents claims with photographic evidence, providing valuation and inventory.
• Draft clear, well-reasoned determination reports.
• Apply fault and liability principles to support defensible outcomes.
• Communicate findings clearly in written and verbal form.
