• Understand account requirements and relay details to assisting adjusters.
• Maintain documents in claims systems and prep files for storage.
• Prepare business memos, reports, and correspondence.
• Proofread documents for accuracy and compliance with requirements.
• Prepare and file documents using various software.
• Draft and develop documents for review by adjusters.
• Enter data into time and expense systems.
• Maintain confidential records and ensure secure access.
