Engle Martin & Associates seeks a Senior Claims Administrator to provide administrative and technical support in handling complex claims within Integra Technical Services. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or demonstration of equivalent knowledge and critical thinking skills preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role preferred
• At least two years of experience working in commercial property adjusting or other insurance-related work

Responsibilities

• Assist adjusters with tracking the status of pending claims and updates
• Maintain documents in claims systems and prepare files for storage
• Draft and develop memos, reports, and correspondence with accuracy and compliance
• Enter data in time and expense systems and assist with account management tasks
• Develop knowledge of property and construction fundamentals to understand inspections and loss substantiation
• Communicate with claimants, insureds, and experts to assist the adjuster in assessing the loss
