Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Approximately 8+ years of professional civil/site engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience including grading.
• Demonstrated technical credibility to support client-facing activities.

• Highly self-driven and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Able to balance client relationships, technical execution (with internal support), and eventually business development activities.

Responsibilities
