Penn E&R, Inc. is expanding its Civil/Site engineering presence in New Jersey and seeks an experienced New Jersey-based engineer to lead growth.

The role is ideal for a senior civil/site engineer who has progressed through hands-on technical work and is ready to leverage that experience in a client-facing, growth-oriented position. You will serve as a senior technical representative in-market, helping expand our presence, win new work, and support client relationships while remaining fully

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• 8+ years of professional experience (mid- to senior-level).
• Hands-on technical experience including grading and fieldwork.
• Technical credibility to support client-facing activities.
• Career path showing progression through ranks.
• Highly self-driven and able to start tasks independently.
• Comfortable working remotely while balancing client relationships and delivery.

Responsibilities
