Job summary

Qualifications
- BS in Engineering is required.
- Extensive experience in chassis structural design and release.
- Experience with DFMEA/PFMEA, SCCAF, Control Plans, and GD&T.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of an in-house design and manufacturing process for suspension structural parts.
- Develop and maintain internal engineering foundation documents and interface contracts.
- Create and manage Level 2 technical materials including Process FMEAs, Control Plans, and Sub-component BOMs.
- Lead DFM/DFA feasibility reviews and ensure tool design alignment with plant equipment.
