Job summary

Qualifications

• BS-Engineering required; 10 years of experience in chassis systems and architecture development.
• Extensive design, release experience for chassis architecture and durability validation methods.
• Experience with DFMEA/PFMEA/SCCAF/Control Plans and GD&T.
• Experience using problem solving tools (8D, 5 Why, Six Sigma).
• Ability to analyze CAE and physical test outputs for vehicle, system, and component.
• Six Sigma tools familiarity; strong leadership, quality focus, communication.

Responsibilities

• Suspend ion System reliability demonstration and target verification.
• Drive stress factors into specifications and test methods to eliminate HTIS failures.
• Lead system durability verification with cross-functional teams across regions.
• Sign off on System/Subsystem/Component before Chief Signoff.
• Coach and mentor Suspension D&R engineers globally.
• Go-To for System Problem Solving across launches, recalls, and field issues.
• Coordinate with TE/SME specification owners for aligned requirements.
