Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• 10+ years of engineering experience.
• Experience leading large capital projects and portfolio governance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical authority for plant's capital portfolio.
• Approve major design deviations and provide high-level solutions.
• Lead critical decision-making with expert data analysis and risk identification.
• Ensure projects have defined scope, budget and adhere to processes.
