Job summary

GAF is seeking a Corporate Project Engineer IV to act as SME for the plant's capital portfolio, driving strategic planning, risk management, and project execution to meet engineering standards. You will lead cross-functional teams and oversee design deviations to ensure milestones are met.

You will develop business cases for multi-million-dollar investments while maintaining adherence to the Project Execution Process and engineering standards across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required.
• 10+ years of engineering experience required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical authority for the plant's capital portfolio.
• Approve major design deviations and provide high-level solutions for execution roadblocks.
• Lead critical decision-making with data analysis, risk identification, and reasoning.
• Ensure projects have a fully defined scope, budget, and adherence to Project Execution Process and standards.
• Develop and present comprehensive business cases for large-scale capital projects.
• Drive high-level continuous improvement across the engineering department.
