Devop1, a 100% remote global company, seeks a Senior Candidate Recruiter for Italy to join a flexible, freelance team. You will collaborate with clients worldwide to fill roles across industries while maintaining a high standard of candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of recruiting experience, strong sourcing and interviewing skills, ATS proficiency, and excellent communication. You will design hiring stages, screen candidates, present profiles, and help negotiate offers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Recruiter (staffing agency preferred).
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques including social media recruiting and Boolean search.
• Ability to conduct different types of interviews and evaluate candidates for various roles and seniority levels.
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate databases.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to get a clear view of their strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs.
• Design and customize hiring stages based on each position’s requirements.
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities.
• Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries.
• Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and provide training as needed.
• Network and build long-lasting client relationships.
• Contribute to further development, change management in the company.
• Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work.
