Logic20/20 in Olympia, WA is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a large-scale modernization initiative. You will analyze and document complex business processes, workflows, and system interactions, translating them into clear, standardized documentation for stakeholders and project teams.

You will collaborate with SMEs, schedule interviews, and facilitate workshops, ensuring accuracy, validation, and alignment with program standards while thriving in a collaborative consulting

Qualifications

• Five+ years of hands-on business analysis experience, with recent work in large-scale programs.
• Proven ability to document complex processes and system interactions using client templates.
• Experience facilitating SME interviews and validation sessions.
• Familiar with governance processes and change control.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear documentation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document complex business processes, workflows, and interactions across functions.
• Develop detailed process documentation and system interaction models using templates and notation standards.
• Collaborate with SMEs to gather information and validate process documentation.
• Schedule and facilitate stakeholder interviews, walkthroughs, and reviews.
• Identify gaps, dependencies, and questions; drive resolution with stakeholders.
• Create and maintain process models using PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, and Word.
• Manage multiple deliverables with milestones, quality standards, and deadlines.
• Track status, feedback, reviews, and action items; support governance reviews.
